How to add 2nd Player Guest Account on PS5 for COOP (Split Screen)
2To add a guest account on your PS5, follow these steps:
Press the PS button on your controller to open the control center.
Scroll down to Settings and select it.
Select Users and Accounts.
Select Guest.
Select Create a User.
Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account.
Once you have created the guest account, you can use the Share Play feature to play co-op games with your friend. Share Play allows you to share your screen with a friend and also let them take over the game so you can play together 1. Here’s how to set it up:
Make sure you and your friend are both on the same party.
Press the PS button on your controller to open the control center.
Scroll down to Game Base and select it.
Choose Share Play.
Select Visitor Plays as You to let your guest take over or Play with the Visitor to start a co-op session
