Forgetting to update your Hulu billing information after the credit or debit card associated with your Hulu account expires could result in an uproar in your house when people can no longer access Hulu. While Hulu does make it easy to update your billing information, it can only be done through the Hulu website.
Now let's walk through the steps to change the credit or debit card associated with your Hulu account.
Step 1. Open a web browser, navigate to Hulu.com, and then log into your Hulu account if prompted. You'll land on your Hulu home screen.
Step 2. Click the name associated with your Hulu account profile in the upper right corner of the screen to open a drop-down menu, and then click "Account" in the menu.
Step 3. Scroll down to the Payment Information section, and then click "Update Payment" to the right of Payment Method. The Update Payment Information screen appears.
Step 4. Make sure "Credit Card" is selected at the top of this screen. From there, enter the first and last name associated with the card, the card number and security code, and finally the expiration date and billing ZIP code associated with the card. Click "Save Changes" after entering this information. You'll be routed back to the Manage Your Account screen, where you'll now see a summary of your new credit card information displayed in the Payment Method section. You'll get an email from Hulu at the email address associated with your account notifying you that the billing information associated with your account has been updated.
