To change your profile picture using the PlayStation App, you can follow these steps:

Install the PlayStation App on your mobile device (available for iOS and Android).

Open the PlayStation App and sign in to your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.

Once you're logged in, tap on the "Profile" tab located at the bottom right of the screen.

On your profile page, you should see your current profile picture. Tap on it.

A menu will appear with various options. Select the "Change Avatar" option.

Browse through the available avatar options and select the one you want to use as your new profile picture.

After selecting the new avatar, confirm your choice and follow any additional prompts or instructions to complete the process.

Note that the avatars available through the PlayStation App may differ from those available directly on the PS4 console. If you can't find a specific avatar using the app, you can also change your profile picture directly on the PS4 console by following the steps mentioned in the previous response.
