To power off a PS4 console without using a controller, you can follow these steps:

Locate the power button on the front of the PS4 console. It is usually on the left-hand side, near the disc slot.

Make sure the PS4 is turned on. If it's already turned off, you don't need to perform this step.

Gently press and hold the power button for about 7 seconds. You will hear a beep when you initially press the button, and then after about 7 seconds, you will hear a second beep. This indicates that the console is turning off.

Release the power button after you hear the second beep. The PS4 will begin shutting down.

Wait for the console's indicator light to turn off completely. This indicates that the console is powered off.

Please note that turning off the PS4 using this method is similar to cutting the power abruptly, so it's generally recommended to power off the console using the controller or the on-screen menu when possible to avoid potential data loss or hardware issues.
