On the PlayStation 4, you can adjust the video recording length by changing the settings in the Share menu. Here's how you can do it:

Make sure your PlayStation 4 console is turned on and logged in to your account.

While playing a game or on the home screen, press the Share button on your controller. It's located to the left of the touchpad and has a Share icon on it.
The Share menu will appear on the screen. Select "Sharing and Broadcast Settings" from the options presented.

In the Sharing and Broadcast Settings menu, choose "Length of Video Clip" or a similar option (the exact wording may vary depending on your system software version).

You will see a list of available recording length options, such as 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, or the maximum of 60 minutes. Select the desired duration for your video recordings.
Once you've selected the desired recording length, exit the menu by pressing the Circle button on your controller.
