How to Change the Language on STEAM back to English (Language Tutorial)
4To change the language on Steam back to English, follow these steps:
For the Steam Client:
Log into your Steam account using the software (not the browser).
Click on your username in the top-right corner and select Account Details.
Navigate to Language Preferences and choose English from the list.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Restart Steam to see the interface and Valve games in English.
For Steam Store Language Preferences:
Log into your Steam account.
Click on your profile name in the top menu bar (next to your avatar) and select Store Preferences.
On the left side of the preferences menu, choose Language Preferences.
Select the desired secondary or additional game content languages and hit Save.
For the Steam Mobile App:
Click the three bars in the lower-right corner of the Steam mobile app.
Select Settings.
By default, the language setting will be set to “Use Account Settings.” Choose your desired language from the drop-down menu, and the mobile app will refresh in the chosen language.
For Individual Games:
Open your Steam Library.
Right-click on the game title and select Properties.
Go to the Language tab.
Choose the language you want to use from the drop-down menu.
If the game supports the selected language, files for that language may need to be downloaded before you can play
