To enable 50Hz and 24Hz refresh rates on your Xbox Series X, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system.
Select Settings.
Select General.
Select TV & display options.
Select Video modes.

Check the boxes for Allow 50Hz and Allow 24Hz.
Please note that enabling these options may not affect the frame rate of games, as all games on Xbox Series X support 60Hz refresh rate 1. These options are mainly for video playback, either on a DVD/Blu-ray, HDMI pass-thru, or an external video computer file
