To change your profile picture on your PS5 using your phone app, you can follow the steps below:

Open the PlayStation app on your phone.
Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on Edit Profile.
Tap on Profile Picture.
Choose Your Profile Picture.
A QR code will appear on the screen. Scan it with your PS5 camera to set it as your profile picture.
