To change your real name on your PS5 account, you can follow the steps below:

On the home screen, navigate to your profile.
Select the Edit Profile option.
The first option will be Name. Select it.
Enter your new name and select Confirm.
If you want to hide your real name from others in search, your friends list or in games, you can follow the steps below:

On the home screen, navigate to your profile.
Select the Edit Profile option.
Scroll down to the Privacy section and select it.
Toggle off the Real Name option.
