To change your email address on your PS5 account, follow these steps:

Turn on your PS5 console and navigate to the Settings menu.
Select Users and Accounts and then choose Account Information.
Select Profile and then choose Edit Profile.
Your email address will be displayed under the Email Address section.
To change your email address, select Edit and enter your new email address.
You will receive an email to your new email address asking you to verify your new sign-in ID.
Click the Verify Now button in this email to confirm the change.
