How to check your PC Real Life apps while in your Virtual reality headset. Using the Steam "OVR Toolkit" utility app. Using "Virtual Desktop" to stream VR to the Oculus Quest headset and the "OVR Toolkit" utility to setup windows within VR showing various PC apps, such as graphics card status, texting, recording status, videos etc. This can be done for most headsets, useful for streamers, content creators, and gamers wanting to keep a tab on things.

I demonstrate OVR Toolkit (released 29th June 2019) utility for the overlaying PC Apps within VR. Two other utilities are, "Daily OVR" (released 21st June 2018) and "OVRdrop" (released 1st April 2017).
