To get the recusant finger, which allows for unlimited pvp invasions in Elden Ring, follow these quick steps!

In Elden Ring, just like in previous From Software titles, you can invade the worlds of other players, chase them down, and kill them for an in-game reward, as well as personal, evil satisfaction. The game provides you with consumable invasion items early on called festering bloody fingers, but there is also a version of this item that can be used an unlimited number of times, called the recusant finger.

To get the recusant finger, you need to complete a short quest that starts in the Liurnia of the Lakes region, just past Stormveil Castle. You’ll find a woman called Rya on the map right next to the telescope icon. She’ll tell you that her necklace was stolen and ask you to get it back for her. Head directly northwest of where you found her, and you’ll come across a location called the Boilprawn Shack, where a sketchy fellow is boiling some prawns. Kill him to receive a few different items, including the missing necklace. Bring the necklace back to Rya, and she will invite you to join her evil, murderous faction, headquartered at the Volcano Manor.

For the next part of the quest, you need to meet Rya in the Altus Plateau, which is a dangerous, mid-to-late game area. Rya describes two options to get there–if you have the two key items necessary to activate it, you can take the Grand Lift of Dectus. Otherwise, you can proceed just to the northwest of the Grand Lift of Dectus and fight your way through some tunnels, and through a boss, to get up to the Altus Plateau. Once you’re through the tunnels and onto the Altus Plateau, move uphill to the north, avoid the horrifying dragon with the potential to oneshot you, and turn gently to the right once the terrain allows it. You should find a location called the Lux Ruins. Rya is there. Take her hand, and she will whisk you away to the Volcano Manor.

Once you’re in the Volcano Manor, talk to Tanith, the leader of the faction, accept her offer to join the faction, and use the key she gives you to unlock the Drawing Room and claim the recusant finger.
