Follow the steps below to create user roles in Discord mobile:
1. Open the Discord mobile app on your iOS or Android phone.
2. In the left sidebar of the app, select the server you want create roles on.
3. Open the server menu by selecting the 3 horizontal dots next to the server name at the top of the app.
4. In the Server menu, select Settings.
5. In the server settings scroll down and select Roles.
6. Select Create Role, then name your new role.
7. Select your desired type of role either Cosmetic, Member, Moderator, or Manager. You can also create a role from scratch if you want by selecting Skip this step.
8. Add any members to the new role then select Finish.
9. Your new role has been created. You can edit this role to change the permissions, color, and settings, by selecting it in the Server role section of the server settings.
