To delete an Xbox account or profile on Xbox Series X, you can follow the steps below:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Navigate to the rightmost tab of ‘Profile & System’.
Select ‘Settings’.

Go into the ‘Account’ section and click on ‘Remove accounts’.
Find the account or profile that you want to delete from the Xbox Series X.
Click on ‘Remove’ to confirm.

You can also add or remove an Xbox profile by following the steps mentioned in. If you have forgotten your Microsoft account password, you can reset it by following the instructions provided in.
