Changing the thumbstick caps on your PS5 DualSense Edge controller is a straightforward process. Here are the steps:

Remove the Existing Thumbstick Cap:
Gently pull up on the existing thumbstick cap to detach it from the controller.
Select a New Thumbstick Cap:

The DualSense Edge controller comes with extra pairs of thumbstick caps, each with different heights and shapes.
Choose a cap that best suits your preference (longer or shorter).
Attach the New Cap:

Align the new cap with the grooves on the thumbstick.
Press it down firmly until you hear a satisfying click, indicating that it’s securely in place.
