How to Delete all your VIDEO CLIPS on PS5 (Media Gallery)
To delete all your video clips on your PS5 and clear them out in one go, you’ll use the Media Gallery, where the console stores all your captured gameplay footage. Here’s how to do it quickly and efficiently:
Go to the PS5 home screen and scroll to the Media Gallery app—it’s usually a few tiles over from the Games section. Select it to open. Inside, you’ll see all your screenshots and video clips organized by game or date. To focus on videos, look at the left sidebar and pick Video Clips if it’s an option, though some setups show everything together. Either way, you’re aiming to select multiple items at once.
Once you’re in the gallery view with your clips visible, press the Options button on your DualSense controller. This brings up a side menu. Choose Select Multiple—it’s got a checkbox icon next to it. Now, you’ll see little boxes appear next to each clip. Instead of ticking each one individually, hit the Options button again while in this mode, and select Check All. This marks every video clip for deletion in one shot.
With all clips checked, look to the right-hand menu and hit Delete. A confirmation prompt will pop up asking if you’re sure—select OK to wipe them all out. Depending on how many clips you have, it might take a few seconds, but once it’s done, they’re gone from your storage.
