Open Shortcuts:

Launch the Shortcuts app.

Create Automation:

Tap Automation - + - Create Personal Automation.
Select App - Choose - pick apps (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) - check Is Opened - Done.

Add Lock Screen Action:

Tap Add Action - search Lock Screen - select it.
Toggle off Ask Before Running - Don’t Ask - Done.
Test:
