To turn on private browsing in Safari on your iPhone, follow these steps:

Open Safari:
Tap the Safari app on your Home Screen.
Access Private Browsing Mode:

Tap the Tabs icon (two overlapping squares) in the bottom-right corner.
Tap the Tab Groups button (usually labeled with the number of open tabs or “Tabs”) at the bottom center of the screen.

Select Private from the menu that appears. This switches Safari to Private Browsing Mode.

Confirm Private Mode:

The Safari interface will turn darker (usually gray or black), indicating Private Browsing Mode is active.

You can now browse, and your history, cookies, and cache won’t be saved for this session.

Switch Back to Regular Browsing:
To exit Private Browsing Mode, tap the Tabs icon again.
Tap the Tab Groups button and select your regular tab group (e.g., “X Tabs” or “Main”) to return to standard browsing.
