To delete local and cloud saved data on your Xbox Series X|S, you can follow the steps below:

First, turn on your Xbox Series X|S and sign in to your account.
Next, navigate to My games & apps and select See all.
Scroll down to the game for which you want to delete the saved data and press the Menu button on your controller.
Select Manage game and add-ons.
Choose Saved data.

Select the saved data you want to delete and choose Delete.
Confirm that you want to delete the saved data by selecting Delete everywhere.

If you want to delete all saved data for a game, choose Delete all instead of selecting individual saved data in step 6.
