In this beginners guide tutorial video I show you how to do a "soft wipe" on your DayZ Community Server for PC, PlayStation & Xbox Consoles.
You may want to do this partial wipe with the DayZ Update Patch 1.23 because many of the buildings will be removed from the NWAF North West Airfield, meaning that various loot, gear and items will be left suspended in mid-air!
This method also allows you to delete all the vehicles from your server and reset them to vanilla default positions.
Please note though that all player built structures and bases will also be gone, along with any underground caches or hidey-holes!
To do a partial wipe that removes all loot from the CLE, but players keep what's in their inventory, we're going to be editing our economy.xml file, and changing the dynamic & vehicles lines.
