If Activision had just charged a premium DLC price for MW3 Modern Warfare 3 2023 , say 50 dollars or £40, I think this campaign would have been much better received.
As it is, charging full price for a clearly shrunk down campaign sours the experience of playing.
The MW3 2023 campaign starts off average, and does finish on a high note, but I feel that for many that high asking price will spoil the enjoyment of the game.
I'm glad I've played the campaign, but this is what I do for a hobby, so unless you're a die-hard campaign fan, or multiplayer is the real reason you buy COD, I'd say wait for NW3 2023 to go onto sale or game pass to play the campaign.
