With the latest update coming to DayZ, Community Server Owners for PC, PlayStation & Xbox Consoles will now be able to disable the option in the game pause menu to respawn when you are knocked / uncon / unconscious.
The setting is in your server missions's cfggameplay.json file, where you can edit
"disableRespawnInUnconsciousness": false
to
"disableRespawnInUnconsciousness": true
change from the vanilla "allow respawn when unconscious" to "prevent respawn when unconscious".
