The first step of adding Forge to Minecraft 1.19.1 is downloading it. You can find a link to download 1.19.1 Forge in the description above. This will take you to our complete text tutorial on how to install Forge. Once you are there, scroll down and click the ‘Download Forge’ button.
You will then go to the official Forge downloads page. On this page, you want to make sure that the 1.19.1 version is selected. You can do this by click on 1.19 on the right-hand sidebar and clicking 1.19.1. Then, go under download latest and click ‘Installer’.
This will take you to AdFocus. On this page, wait about 10 seconds. Then, click the ‘Skip Ad’ button in the top right. Forge 1.19.1 will start downloading. You may need to keep or save Forge depending on your browser.
Once you have Forge 1.19.1 downloaded, we can move on to how to install Forge in Minecraft 1.19.1. We can do this by right-clicking on the Forge file we did downloaded, clicking Open With, clicking Java, and clicking Okay. If you don’t have Java, you will need to download Java and run the JarFix listed above.

After the installer is complete, you can close it. Then, open up the Minecraft Launcher. Click the little arrow next to the Play button, select the forge version, click play, and confirm you are playing modded Minecraft by clicking Play again. Minecraft 1.19.1 will open up with Forge installed!
