About this video: In this video, I show you exactly how to download and install SkyFactory 4 in Minecraft. SkyFactory 4 is the next iteration in the SkyFactory series of modpacks. It offers over 30 world types to choose from even allowing you to play in a normal, default Minecraft world. It has tons of automation, tech, and even magic mods for you to play with, and on top of that, resource gathering has completely changed. Now, resources are gathered from resource trees that provide a really cool new progression system. Thus, let's go ahead and go over how you can play SkyFactory 4 in Minecraft!
First and foremost, we actually need to download the Twitch App. The reason for this is because #SkyFactory4 uses Twitch App to install. You can find a link to the Twitch App above. After you have it downloaded, you need to install it. Installing the Twitch App is done just like any other program. It will automatically open, and you will need to login to a Twitch account.
After you have logged into Twitch, click the 'mods' tab in the main menu. Then, click on 'Minecraft'. There will be a purple install button in the bottom center of the screen. Click on that. After #Minecraft has installed, you will see a 'browse all modpacks' tab. Click that, and search for 'SkyFactory 4'. It will pop-up. Now click the purple install button on it. SkyFactory 4 will begin installing.
Once it has installed, all you need to do to launch the Minecraft launch with SkyFactory4 installed is click the purple 'Play' button. The Minecraft launcher will open, which you will need to login to. Then, click the little green arrow next to the play button, select 'SkyFactory 4', and click 'Play'. Minecraft will now open up with SkyFactoy 4 and all of its mods installed!
