The first is CurseForge. The second is Modrinth, and the third is from a website managed by the texture pack creator. When downloading a texture pack, make sure it is from the official source or from CurseForge or Modrinth. Texture packs will be downloaded as a .zip file.
We can now move on to how to install texture packs in Minecraft 1.21.3. The process for adding resource packs is very easy. Start off by opening up Minecraft.
