Known as the Sky High Pokémon, it is revered for its ability to calm the fighting between Kyogre and Groudon, the other two members of the weather trio. Residing in the ozone layer, Rayquaza is rarely seen by humans and is depicted as a serpent-like dragon with green scales, yellow markings, and a long, segmented body. In the games, Rayquaza can Mega Evolve into Mega Rayquaza, gaining a significant boost in power and the Delta Stream ability, which nullifies the weaknesses of Flying-type Pokémon. Its signature move, Dragon Ascent, is one of the most powerful Flying-type attacks, making Rayquaza a formidable presence in both lore and battle.
