To factory reset your Xbox One and keep your games, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system - Settings - System - Console info.
Select Reset console.

You will be presented with three options:
Reset and remove everything: This option will erase all data from your Xbox One and restore it to its original factory settings. Use this option if you are selling your Xbox One or giving it away.

Reset and keep my games & apps: This option will reset your Xbox One to its original factory settings but will keep your games and apps installed. Use this option if you are experiencing issues with your Xbox One and want to troubleshoot the issue.

Cancel: This option will cancel the reset process.
