There are a variety of good reasons to want to restore your UE Wonderboom 2 Bluetooth speaker to its default factory settings. Maybe someone's device is currently paired with the speaker and you want to kick them off. Maybe your preparing to sell your Wonderboom 2. Or maybe you've run into problems and you want to reset it to see if it solves them. No matter your reason, you can reset your Wonderboom 2 Bluetooth speaker to its original factory settings in a matter of seconds.
Step 1. Press and hold down both the "Power" and "Volume Down" buttons on your UE Wonderboom 2 Bluetooth speaker for roughly 15 seconds. The Power button is located on the top of your Wonderboom 2, and features an indent of a circle with a vertical LED light running through it. The Volume Down button is the large minus sign on the front of your speaker.
After roughly 15 seconds, you'll hear this tone and your Wonderboom 2 Bluetooth speaker will power down.
Step 2. Press the "Power" button to turn on your UE Wonderboom 2 speaker. The speaker will turn on, and the LED light on the Bluetooth button on top of your speaker will start blinking rapidly. This verifies that your Wonderboom 2 speaker has been restored to its default factory settings.
