The Adjudicator Shield can be picked up in the first area of Shrine of Storms (also known as 4-1) behind a dual katana wielding Black Skeleton up a ladder past Vanguard. The Regenerator's Ring can also be picked up in 4-1. Much further along past some Gold Skeletons I guess, but I like using the skip where you climb the stairs early on in the level, go past the archers and roll over the wall to fall down right on the ring.
