To find missing DLC data or content packs in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, follow these steps:

On PS5
Open the Game: Start Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 from your library.
Check for Updates: Go to the main menu, then check for any available updates by pressing the Options button and selecting Check for Update.
Access Game Library: Navigate to your game library, highlight Black Ops 6, and press the Options button again.

Manage Game Content: Select Manage Game Content to see installed DLC packs. If any are missing, you can download them from here.

Re-download Missing DLC: If you see any DLC that is not installed, select it and choose Download.
On Xbox Series X/S

Open the Game: Launch Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 from your library.
Check for Updates: Go to the main menu, press the Menu button on your controller, and select Manage Game to check for updates.

Manage Game: In the same menu, look for Manage Game to view installed content.

Find Missing DLC: Check the list for any missing content packs. If something is missing, it should be listed here.

Install Missing DLC: Select any DLC that isn’t installed and choose Install or Download.
