After you found the safe, you will find a mysterious note with the text "follow the numbers" but it looks like a binary language.
If you ask around, the robots tell you only a real geek can read it.
Go to Elliot and show him the note.
He will tell you that you have to go to Dufer bar.
Climb on the bar and check the painting at the neon sign that say Dufer Bar.
