Task Manager:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
Click on the Performance tab.
Expand the Network section to view real-time network transfer speeds (send and receive) for all running processes.
Network Adapter Properties:
Open Settings (Windows key + I).
Click on Network & Internet.
