How to Find Your Netflix Email & Password (Quick & Easy!)
172In this video, I'm gonna guide you through how you can find your email and password in your Netflix account.
To check and find your email address and your password in your Netflix account you'll need to follow the steps mentioned below:
1) Go open up your web browser first, you can do this on your mobile application version of Netflix as well as the process is similar.
2) Go to your Netflix account by typing in netflix.com in the search box. If you're not signed in then make sure you are signed in.
3) Go to the upper right corner and click on your profile picture, you'll be able to see an expanded menu.
4) Click on account and enter the membership and billing information of your email address and your password appearing in the display, remember that you'll only be able to find the email and password of the person that is the main account holder of the Netflix account.
5) If you're someone who's using others' Netflix account and watching your favorite tv shows, to find your email address you'll need to go all the way down under profile and parental controls. You'll be able to view all of the members that are using the Netflix account.
6) Click on your account from the display and under profile email,
you'll be able to view your email but remember that your password won't be displayed on the screen right below your email like your email has been displayed on this page.
7) If you'd like to view your password then you'll need to go and click on change password.
8) Enter the current password for the account, If you don't know the current password then you can click on forgot password link which will take you to our next page.
9) On the next page, you'll need to choose how you'd like to reset your password either by email or text message and go ahead and type in your email.
10 ) Click on 'email me' after you're done and you'll be receiving an instruction how to reset your password on your email address that is the only way you'll be able to view your password on Netflix but if you'd like to find your email address and your password this is where you will find it.
