So, to fix the issue where the WhatsApp backup gets stuck on Android, follow the steps mentioned below:
1. The first thing you’ll need to do is make sure that your internet connection is stable. Poor connection or unstable internet connection usually is the reason behind this issue.
2. Another way to fix the issue is by updating the app. If you have any updates pending for WhatsApp, then make sure to update it to the latest version from the App Store or Play Store.
3. If the issue continues, then go to your app library and tap-hold the WhatsApp app.
