If you’re experiencing sound/audio problems with your Astro A50 headset then this video will help you narrow down (and possibly fix) what is causing it.

I recently fixed a strange static sound issue with my A50s and wanted to share how I went about it. I read loads of articles and watched plenty of YouTube videos, and while some did provide a couple of things to try, there was nothing that grouped all of the information in one place. So that's what I’ve done. I've provided everything I tried and have broken it down into simple steps for you to follow.

I can’t guarantee that any of these suggestions will fix your problem, but at the very least they should help you figure out if your headset is faulty, or if the problem is being caused by your setup.
