[How To] Fix PS3 Soft Brick YLOD Using E3 Flasher Tutorial (2016)
In my recent PS3 slim downgrade series, I accidentally got a YLOD of my PS3 slim during the flashing process. I restarted my PS3 and I got a YLOD. But as long as you have valid dumps, you can recover your PS3!
This is how I did it. The most important part is make sure you find the schematic of your PS3 motherboard so you can find the NOR Tristate and a GND point to solder the two points together using a wire. Good luck!
Note: My PS3 slim motherboard is DYN-001.
Note 2: To clarify the video further, some say I actually bricked my PS3, not YLOD. Semantics aside, the method I did helped me unbrick my PS3.
