How to fix SteelSeries Nova Pro Wireless comfort problems easily (Wicked Cushion upgrade)
95I've been using the @SteelSeries Nova Pro Wireless as my main headset for some time now and it is my very favourite for reasons I covered before (https://youtu.be/OlSjpae6U6s). BUT I know that some people have problems with the design of the ANC microphone on the inside of the ear cup. This can press against your ear and cause discomfort. I personally haven't had this problem, but now, well after a year of use I've found the ear pads are wearing out, so I thought it was time to sort them out.
In this video I'm showing you how @WickedCushions has the solution in the form of aftermarket ear cushions which can help make things better but also have other benefits such as cooling gel.
I bought two different variations of the Wicked Cushions ear cups -
WC Freeze in snow camo and the more standard looking WC Upgraded Replacement Earpads.
