The new version of Streamlabs put the clear cache now in the "Get Support" section of settings, so just click Get Support, then you will see it.
One question I get frequently on my other Streamlabs OBS tutorial videos is how to fix source that won't move or users who can't move sources in Streamlabs OBS. This typically happens when the source is either individually locked or somehow all sources are globally locked in that scene. Some also can't see sources in Streamlabs OBS which generally means they are missing the source widget in the layout editor and I talk about how using performance mode can cut CPU usage on your Streamlabs OBS by 7% or more helping improve stability if you are running on lower end systems and using your CPU only for encoding rather than GPU.
