Ensure that the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the Xbox One S and your TV or monitor.

Check Your TV/Display:

Ensure that your TV or monitor is set to the correct HDMI input source.
Try connecting the Xbox One S to a different TV or monitor to see if the issue persists.
Restart Your Xbox:
