To change your birth date on your Xbox One account, you can follow these steps:

Open your web browser and navigate to the Microsoft website.
Sign in to your Microsoft account using your current password.
Click on your profile picture and name in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select My Microsoft account under your name and email.

This will bring you to your account details. Select Your info, which is the first tab at the top of the screen.
Click Edit date of birth.

You may be asked to sign in again for security reasons. Re-enter your password if prompted.
Change your birth date and click Save when you’re done.
