Clean the Disc: Sometimes, the problem can be as simple as a dirty or scratched game disc. Carefully clean the disc with a soft, lint-free cloth, wiping from the center outward. Avoid using abrasive materials or cleaning solutions that could further damage the disc.

Restart the Xbox One: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix minor issues. Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds until it turns off. Then, turn it back on.

Check for Updates: Make sure your Xbox One is up-to-date with the latest system updates. To check for updates, go to Settings - System - Updates.
