1In this tutorial I'm going to help you to learn how to fix tiktok 4 digit code not working or sending. You might through this issue once in a while where you're trying to login your tiktok account. You entered your phone number correct but still you are not been able to receive your otp or your four digit code that was suppose to be received by you when you are logging to your account with your phone number. So in this case if you want to learn how to fix then keep watching this video until the end and follow this steps correctly.
Step 1. Go to the settings of your phone and tap it on.
Step 2. Scroll all the way down and tap on apps.
Step 3. Search for tiktok in the search box or you can select tiktok from the app listed below and from this page scroll down on app settings and tap on permissions.
Step 4. You can see that all of the permissions that should have been allowed to tiktok is denied in my case.
Step 5. So go ahead and tap on each denied options and allow them one by one by tapping on the allow option. Make sure no permission has been denied and once you do that go back to tiktok and see if that fixes your issue.
Step 6. If you're still not receiving the otp on your phone number like you are supposed to then the next thing you can do is go to the email or username option and try finding your tiktok account using your email or username or password option and that way you can login to the account without phone number.
Step 7. If you are still not getting the otp like you're suppose to then tap on request phone call option then tiktok will call you on your phone number and you'll received the four digit code.
Step 8. If you don't receive the code then go-ahead and tap on the resend code button and you'll be receiving a new code.
Step 9. If nothing fixes then what you can do is go an tap on the login with password option right below and login to your account with email and the password option.
