Hi, In this video I will show you How to fix Wi-fi connected but no internet access in a step by step guide

To confirm if your machine can see the internet open the command prompt and type in ping 8.8.8.8 if you get reply this means you have a connection to the internet, If you get request timed out this means the connection to the internet from your machine has an issue.

whilst in the command prompt type in ipconfig /renew and hit enter. This will refresh your wifi connection.

If you are still having issues connect to another wifi then reconnect to the original wifi.

Next tip for How to fix Wi-fi connected but no internet access, uninstall your wifi driver then reinstall latest version you download from the internet.
