Clearing the cache on an Xbox One can help resolve various performance issues. To do a full cache clear on your Xbox One, you need to perform a power cycle. Here's how to do it:

Shut Down the Xbox One:

Ensure your Xbox One is fully powered on.
Power Off Your Xbox One:

Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of your console for about 10 seconds.
Unplug the Power Cable:

After the console is completely powered off (no lights on the console), unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
Wait for About 10 Seconds:

Leave the power cable unplugged for approximately 10 seconds. This allows the power supply and capacitors to discharge fully.
Plug the Power Cable Back In:

Reconnect the power cable to the back of your Xbox One.
Turn Your Xbox One Back On:

Power on your Xbox One by pressing the Xbox button on the console or using your controller.
