This game is now free on Xbox Game Pass and I got stuck in the same place on that version as I did on the PC version, Flemmington Hospital. Getting 2 stars is easy, but 3 stars requires you to have a hospital value of £5,000,000.


Due to the way the game works, this can be tricky - so once I figured it out, I thought I'd share that with you all for anyone else getting stuck at this point in the game.
