Located between Camp Forlorn Hope and Nelson, it is accessed via a key-locked drainage cover. This location is not to be confused with the Brotherhood of Steel Safehouse.

Contained within is a Dean's Electronics skill book, a Weapon Repair Kit, a Reloading Bench and several footlockers with minor loot.

So, where is the key? The door is not linked to one in the G.E.C.K., thus the bunker and the Deans Electronics skill book hidden inside remain unreachable.
