Bloodborne Cave is located east of the Brotherhood of Steel Safehouse and northwest of Bitter Springs. A large number of Night stalkers and a Legendary night stalker reside in the cave, it consists of a single interior section.

Inside, there is a campfire near the entrance (left path, requires jumping down or clearing the cave) on which the player can find a Key. This key opens a Very Hard-locked gate farther along on the North side of the cave. Beyond that gate lies a significant amount of loot. However be very careful because right beyond the door is a tripwire which triggers a Grenade Bouquet that is deadly as it is exactly behind the player and in an enclosed space. Either disarm the tripwire or jump over it to avoid triggering it.

If the Courier has Animal Friend the Night Stalkers in the cave will be friendly making it easy and safe to explore.
