Angel's Tiara is a female-only helmet found in Chrono Trigger (DS Version). Not only does it provide haste and status immunity, but it also boasts high defensive stats, too (+36 defense).

It is found in the Antiquity Dimensional Vortex (12,000 B.C.), in the Strath "room". As you descend from the top of this room, hug the right wall until you pull into an alcove with a semi-hidden green chest. Remember to equipment it immediately - its such a good piece of armor!
