In Frozen Peak, from the Shop/Save outside go to the right. Drop down & go to the right by taking the platforms that are underneath the blue icicle throwing enemy. By going right you should come to a big block. Push it to the right then push it to the left so that it falls & breaks though some ice.
Go underwater, knock down the little block stuck in the ceiling above the breakable block, & push the little block onto the switch. This opens a gate that leads to the Harpy Boots. The Harpy Boots allow you to double jump.
