In this video, I'm going to show you how to get the Spotify widget on your phone and control music from the home screen. So long press any empty space on the home screen so that it opens up a pop-up menu, now tap on widgets.


Scroll down to your Spotify section, tap on the drop down arrow and then hold on the widget, drag and drop it to a specific place on your home screen and now you can see that I have the play forward and back button so that I can control my music from my home screen.
